Shipping policy
All orders received will be picked, packed and shipped out usually within 24 hours of payment clearing in normal business hours. Any orders placed after 2PM on a Friday, Bank Holiday or weekends will be processed the next working day. All products will be shipped on standard 48 Hour delivery on a tracked courier service Monday to Friday using a standard 48 hour tracked carrier service. We do not ship to PO Box addresses
Express Delivery
Express delivery is available for next day delivery, please note some postcodes are not eligible Including some of the islands and Northern Island so please do ask. We will always inform you should your area not fall under the DHL or Evri next day service so your able to either agree to standard delivery or to cancel your order.
Missing Orders
Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery on standard delivery and 1-3 days on next day and use the "contact us" page should it not arrive within 7 days so we can investigate its whereabouts. Generally, all these shipping expectations are met but we are not held liable for any repercussions should they not arrive within this timeframe as we do use 3rd party carriers who have many variables to content with such as weather, Industrial Actions, Road closures and customers not being home to name but a few.
Should your product not arrive in good time please do let us know but you do need to let us know within 28 days of a missing parcel as there is a 28-day claim period for us to inform the carriers, after this time no claims can be made for missing parcels. Due to the nature of the products contained in this website we do assume that after 7 days you will inform us of any missing parcels.
Should any express orders be cancelled before allowing the allotted timeframe from expiring will incur the charge levied for the express delivery which will be shown on your order. Any orders cancelled after this timeframe will be refunded in full.
Customer Fault Non-Delivery
Any orders that are refused, incorrect address details such as missing house number or name, will normally be returned to us by the carriers where we incur a cost of £7.95 which we may deduct from the cost of the products purchased when refunded.
Any outgoing postage that we paid for your delivery, weather your order qualified for free shipping or was paid shipping, WILL be deducted from your refund. Should you require your order resending postage will be requested even if initially it was a free delivery or the order will be cancelled so it can be re-ordered.
Please note that that we send items to the shipping address entered at time of purchase, we do not check for discrepancies such as missing information and orders will be sent to that address. Please ensure that all details are correct and any 3rd party payment gateways such as PayPal or shop pay do not change any details entered to ensure a smooth delivery. It is you, the buyer, who is responsible for ensuring that all details are corect BEFORE confiming the order, Remove Pests will not be held liable for any missing or non-delviered parcels resulting from incorrect details provided on your order so please ensure all address details are correct.
Receipt of Order
When an order is placed please ensure that either there is somebody home in the up and coming days to take delviery or that there is provisions made to leave in a safe place. Carriers may leave outside your back door for example if they deem it is safe enough. When an order is placed we assume that delivery is possible. Going on hoilday for example is not an accecptable reason for missing parcels as if away then simply do not order until your back!
