Ants are not dangerous but can be a dreadful nuisance, They will forage for food almost anywhere and once found they leave pheromone trails for the rest to follow which in turn can mean masses of them running around. There is also the issue of the flying ants which usually last a couple of days late summer. This is when the new queens and males take flight, mate in the air and then the impregnated queens then start their own colonies.

Controlling ants as soon as they are noticed will ensure they do not get out of control!
