Dispatch Timings

Orders received will be processed, packed and dispatched within 24 hours of receiving the order in normal business working hours. Orders received at weekends and bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Emails will be sent during the process to keep you advised of your order.

Delivery

As most of the items are classed as poison we are limited as to how we ship the items. This means that a courier service is employed for a bulk of our deliveries and therefore the postage charges are a little higher than if using standard mail services.

Deliveries for Scotland will also carry an additional charge as charged to us.

Unfortunately at this time we do not deliver to Northern Scotland or Ireland as courier’s charges are too high. We hope this will change soon. We are happy to quote for delivery to Northern Scotland and Ireland if requested.
